Applecroft came on the holiday let market in 2013 and as our guest book shows has provided our visitors with comfort and a relaxed holiday experience.
The property has been totally renovated to a high standard and is frequently updated and well maintained.
With wonderful scenic views the holiday cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms.
There is oil central heating and in addition a wood burning stove for winter use (November to February)

The accommodation at Applecroft comprises:
A large living room with wood burning stove and large patio doors overlooking the estuary.

Two comfortable sofas
There are two bedrooms: Recently refurbished Double bedroom with a super king size bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds, hairdryer.
All bedding and towels supplied
Bathroom with electric shower, sink and WC.
New fully fitted kitchen with oven, hobs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs. Ample crockery and glasses and a good range of kitchen equipment.
Externally there is:
Patio area with table and chairs to enjoy beautiful views over the estuary and some dramatic summer sunsets. The back garden if fully dog proof with recently installed gates and fencing to avoid them getting around to the front garden, which is also fully enclosed.
There are well kept lawns all around the cottage and loungers to enjoy the sun and garden. So far the garden has been dog proof!
There is off road parking.
Dogs are not to be left unattended unless caged and we kindly ask dog owners not to allow dogs in the bedrooms or on the sofas in the living room.
